This Privacy Policy explains how AID JAPAN CO., LTD ("AID JAPAN", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the LuckyDramas mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the App:

Account information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique Apple account identifier and, if you allow it, your email address (which may be an Apple private-relay address). We use this to create and secure your account.
Purchase records. Coin and VIP purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment details — we never see or store your credit-card or bank information. We receive a transaction confirmation from Apple so we can add coins or activate VIP on your account.
Activity in the App. Your coin balance, VIP status, watch history, and the dramas you like are stored on our servers so they stay in sync across your devices.
Advertising information. If you consent, we use the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and limited ad-interaction data to show rewarded video ads (watch an ad to earn coins) and to measure them. See "Advertising" below.
Technical information. Standard data such as IP address, device model, operating-system version, and diagnostic/crash logs, used to keep the App reliable and secure.

2. How we use information

To provide the App: sign-in, streaming, and syncing your coins, VIP, history, and likes.
To process purchases and credit coins or VIP through Apple.
To show and measure rewarded ads (only with your permission).
To keep the App secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising and tracking

LuckyDramas shows rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. On first use we ask your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before using the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). If you decline, you can still use the App and still earn ad rewards, but ads may be less relevant. We also use Apple's SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad measurement. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, we present a consent choice (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before any personalized advertising.

You can change your tracking choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the App:

Apple — sign-in and payment processing.
Google AdMob — serving and measuring ads.
Tencent Cloud — secure (DRM) video streaming and delivery.
HuntShorts — our licensed drama-content provider.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and our service.

5. Data retention and international transfer

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and then only as long as needed for legal, security, or accounting purposes. AID JAPAN is based in Japan; your information may be processed in Japan and in other countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

6. Your choices and rights

Delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and its data from within the App (in Settings). This removes your account, coin balance, history, and likes.
Access or correct your data. Contact us at the address below.
Manage your subscription. Manage or cancel VIP anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Tracking. Control ad tracking through your device settings as described above.

Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights such as access, correction, deletion, and objection. We honor these requests where they apply.

7. Children

LuckyDramas is rated 16+ and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any issues.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated in the App where appropriate.
