Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LuckyDramas mobile application (the "App"), operated by AID JAPAN CO., LTD ("AID JAPAN", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

LuckyDramas is a streaming service for short vertical dramas. The first episodes of each series are free; later episodes can be unlocked using coins or a VIP subscription. Content is provided under license from our content partners and is protected by copyright.

2. Your account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

3. Coins (virtual currency)

• Coins are a virtual, in-app currency used only to unlock episodes within the App.
• Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed outside the App.
• You may obtain coins by purchase, by watching rewarded ads, through daily check-ins, or through other in-App features we may offer.
• Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or by Apple's refund policies.
• We may adjust coin prices, unlock costs, and reward amounts over time.

4. VIP subscription

• VIP is an auto-renewing subscription offered as a weekly or monthly plan, giving access to episodes for the subscription period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

5. Purchases and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Because Apple handles billing, refund requests are managed by Apple. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

6. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and view content for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• copy, record, download, redistribute, or publicly display any content;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with digital-rights-management (DRM) or security features;
• reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or our servers;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

7. Content

Dramas and other content are owned by AID JAPAN or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Availability of specific titles may change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular title will remain available.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AID JAPAN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
